Pickens County Cooperative Library System
Services
The PCCL is an administrative office that assists the four city libraries with operational needs. The PCCL is supported by both the Pickens County Commission and the state of Alabama including the Alabama Public Library Service.
InterLibrary Loan (ILL) Service -- Patrons of the four city libraries may request books and materials that are not owned by their local library by contacting our office or your local library. Materials in the PCCL collection are not offered to the general public except by interlibrary loan to their local public library.
Genealogy & History Materials -- The PCCL has a small collection of genealogy and history materials focusing on Pickens County and Alabama. Depending on their rarity, these items may be available for loan to your local library.
